About us
Our Team
We are “Triangle of Gravel” – together with all the people we meet on our journey: producers, chefs, hosts, and many more.

Andreas «Res»
Gravel “PIONEER” and GUIDE
Andreas “Res” is a gravel specialist from the very beginning. Deeply rooted in the biking scene, he worked for Ritchey and served as the team manager for Thomas Frischknecht from 1996 to 2019. Since 2017, he has often cooked for Nino Schurter and the Scott SRAM team at World Cup races. Res knows the trails and paths in the region like no other. He is often found high up in his chosen home of Valposchiavo, where some mountain bikers give up.

Michele
Food & Trails Scout
Michele grew up in Valposchiavo and is a certified Swiss Cycling Guide. He enjoys discovering new, authentic valleys in the Alpine region and their culinary products, while preferring to flow with his bike on rough and winding trails. As a guide, he sees himself as a creator of unique overall experiences, with a preference for terroir products and cuisine. On and off the trail, he prefers to let nature and the region take the spotlight.

Dominique
Yoga Teacher
When Dominique isn’t teaching at a SULIV Camp, she dedicates her time to offering yoga classes and workshops in Zurich, where her practice is infused with passion and care. Yoga is more than just a physical discipline for her; it is a gateway to holistic well-being and personal transformation. Beyond her commitment to yoga, Dominique is deeply immersed in the Ayurvedic lifestyle, a profound and ancient system of knowledge often referred to as the “science of life.”
